Ingle Builders, Inc. looks forward to 2006 after growth in 2005

When Mark Ingle and wife Cindy formed Ingle Builders, Inc. in 1986 the couple was taking a leap of faith that the business would prosper and grow.  That leap proved to be one of the best decisions they have made.  In 2005 the duo began the company’s 20th year, hired additional employees and promoted some employees.  The additions and promotions were necessary in order to keep up with the increasing number of people that want Ingle Builders to build their home.

“I am thrilled to see the growth, but it’s very important to me that the quality remain what it has always been,” president Mark Ingle said.  “We have built a reputation as being able to do whatever our customer wants, and doing it well.  We take great pride in our work and will not compromise that for any reason, even potential growth.”

“I attribute our success to the employees and sub contractors that we use.  We have relationships with all of our subs and know that they will meet the high standards that we set.  I believe part of what makes us different is that those standards don’t just include the quality of the work, but the atmosphere of the jobsite while that work is being done.”

The company did not just see growth in size, but in the number of homes it built.  “It has been such a pleasure to work with our homeowners.  Building a home is one of the largest decisions that a person can make, and the fact that these people not only trust us, but are recommending us to their friends is humbling,” said Ingle.  Word of mouth has been the biggest reason for Ingle Builders growth, which is a great testimony for two people that took a leap of faith.

Ingle Builders, Inc. Launches New Web Site

Ingle Builders, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of their new website.  The new site is user friendly and includes information for past, present and future homeowners.

When the site went live, President Mark Ingle said “We really needed to update our website, and we have done that successfully.  The new site includes photos of completed homes, customer and sub-contractor testimonials, FAQ’s and even a section that shows detail work like ceilings, stairways and fireplaces.”

“We are proud of the work we do, and we are proud of the web site that will allow an infinite number of people to view that work.  We may be a small company, but our goal is to meet and exceed public expectations.  Keeping things current is one of the ways we do that.”

Promotions and Additions at Ingle Builders

Last year Ingle Builders added two new employees to the family.  Levi Moseley and Keri Wright were both hired in the summer.  “It may sound funny, but growing can be hard sometimes.  Levi and Keri have both been great choices for Ingle Builders.  Our team has been together for so long that sometimes it’s hard to fit in, but both of them did so quickly,” said President Mark Ingle.

Levi graduated from Fernandina Beach (FL) High School then went on to attend Santa Fe Community College where he earned a degree in Building Construction.  Levi works on job sites as a carpenter alongside Shane Koblank and David “Pee Wee” Haynes.

Keri graduated from Mission Viejo (CA) High School before attending Cal State Fullerton.   She works in the office and is responsible for marketing, scheduling, assisting Mark with all projects and any additional office duties.

The addition of Levi and Keri was not the only big change last year, Joel Davis was promoted to supervisor.  Instead of swinging a hammer, Joel is now responsible for making sure everything is going smoothly at each of the job sites.  He works on coordinating the sub contractors and making sure work and inspections are completed.

Mark Ingle to Serve as LCHBA Vice President

Ingle Builders President Mark Ingle was selected to serve as Vice President for the Lincoln County Home Builders Association in 2006.  “I am honored that they would pick me for this position,” Ingle said.  “I have been a member for over 20 years so I know just how important this organization is.  I also enjoy having the opportunity to serve in my local community.  This community has done a lot for me and I’m glad to give back.”
