Based on our homebuilding experience, integrity and quality are key distinctions that set Ingle Builders apart from most other builders. They proved capable of building almost anything put to plan for our house. Our home has some very unusual details and surfaces and isn’t standard by any measure. Most builders would not take on a project like this, but Mark was willing. In concert with our architect, Mark worked thru endless details, with great patience and a positive attitude, to get the house just as we wanted. My family and our architects are very satisfied with the quality and final appearance of our home. Ingle Builders did everything we needed and asked of them.
Ingle Builders did an excellent job of finishing the final punch list. This carried on through the warranty work. I have no complaints and would whole heartedly recommend Ingle Builders to anyone looking for a builder.

We selected Ingle Builders to rebuild our home based on our relationship with Mark and Cindy and knowing they were a trustworthy company. It’s important for us to know that we’re getting the best possible house for our money. I knew Mark had fairer pricing compared to others in the area. All I had to do was ask for something in particular and Mark would find a way to do it. They always did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. We were impressed with the computer program showing options that could be done to restore our home. For me, it’s very difficult to visualize things, but the computer program showed me the layout along with ideas so I could better envision the end result.
Every aspect of my home was built with good quality products, without any rework or problems that can typically arise. I have every belief that I received the finest in materials and craftsmanship for the money I spent. Ingle is a builder you can trust.

We were shopping for homes when we came across a home that Ingle Builders was constructing. The quality of the home was excellent with lots of extra details, so we decided this was the home for us. Mark uses the same subcontractors on all of his homes so you always get the same quality you have seen in other homes and throughout your entire home. Ingle works directly with the homeowner. They’re not a huge contractor where you have to work with lots of different people in the company. You have complete one-on-one contact and communication.
Mark will happily point out all the upgrades, additions and details that he has added to a spec home so you understand what you’re getting for the money. He completely justifies his price, which assured me that I was getting my money’s worth.
It’s easy to look at other homes and see the difference in Ingle’s quality and upgrades. They leave no stone unturned. They finished out the garage remarkably well. It looks like a whole room itself.

In the process of selecting a builder, an excellent reputation was important because we were going to be out of town until completion. Ingle had built many of our friends’ homes, so we were able to see for ourselves the quality they put into building a home. Once we met Mark, we knew right away that he was right for us. Mark allowed us to be involved in the construction process. This helped to keep our budget down by not having to hire people to perform some of the duties we could do ourselves. Not only did Mark stay under budget, but no materials were wasted. They have a real respect for the money you are spending and it shows in everything they do.
Mark helped build my mother’s home and it was wonderful using his computer assisted program to help layout furniture in each room. My mother was older and couldn’t afford new furniture on her fixed income, so we were able to make sure her furniture would fit and work in her new home prior to moving it in.
With Ingle Builders you get to know each one of the workers on a first name basis. They don’t stop working to talk with you if you stop in to check the progress. Not to mention, you can pick up the phone and call at 7 o’clock at night to discuss new ideas. Mark’s there for you and so are his people.
